Auto Pot Hat Grommet 19 mm has a 23 mm hole. This will be drilled at the bottom of the tank, and the 19 mm Top Hat Grommet is inserted into the hole. 19 mm pipe (hosepipe) is then pushed into the grommet. This will form a water-tight connection.
